Cesarean & VBAC support:
Healing from a cesarean section can be difficult and painful, both physically and emotionally. And sometimes the emotional pain lasts long after the physical pain is a memory. There are support groups and websites that offer support, solace, and a place to heal emotionally that are listed below.

www.vbac.com - This website is a must place to visit on the web for valuable information and support for any cesarean Mom, whether you have had a VBAC or are just hoping for one someday.

The International Cesarean Awareness Network is a support group that focuses on preventing unnecessary cesareans and providing advocacy and information. They have chapters all over the United States, Canada, and other countries. I have been affiliated with ICAN for many years and have had many healing moments working with other cesarean Moms.

ICAN of Phoenix ICAN of Phoenix is dedicated to providing valley women and families with the education, support and resources they need to plan a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). In addition to VBAC support we are also here to help and support women recovering from a cesarean, as well as advocate for more VBAC resources and options for future birthing moms.
